Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager for a full-time role at 7 For All Mankind in Central Valley, NY. Leads and supports the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, drives sales, delivers exceptional customer experiences, recruits and develops staff, and ensures brand standards and store policies are followed. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, coaching and motivating the team, training and developing talent, managing payroll and scheduling, coordinating with Visual Merchandising/Operations/Marketing, maintaining loss prevention procedures, conducting inventories and audits, and upholding high standards of customer engagement and brand representation. Requires 4+ years of specialty/luxury retail experience with at least 2 years of management, strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work weekends and overnight travel as needed.
