Job Summary
Oversee daily dispensary operations by executing store opening and closing procedures, managing inventory reconciliation, and resolving escalated cash or product discrepancies. Lead a team of hourly staff through recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance discussions while ensuring strict adherence to state regulations and company policies. Develop weekly labor schedules, deliver accurate business reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions. Assist management during state inspections and audits while fostering a safe, clean environment that supports community outreach efforts. Perform duties on busiest shifts with flexibility for after-hours work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years' experience in retail management or comparable experience with teams of 5+ employees
- Cannabis experience preferred
- Excellent and demonstrated training experience
- Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn, apply and teach technical, product-related information in a professional consultative manner
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly Proficient in MS Excel with experience in data entry and data management
- Strong business acumen including excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
- A high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency
- After-hours work required
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
