Retail Assistant Store Manager, Community Focus at Vuori (Commerce, CA) leads community-driven initiatives and stores operations to connect with local fitness and wellness networks while delivering Vuori brand standards. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience
- Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day
- Proven ability to create and maintain effective communication with HQ partners, team members, and external partners
- Established track record in retail sales leadership, driving sales targets through strategic planning, execution, and team motivation
- Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and implementation of effective sales techniques
- Demonstrate exemplary leadership aligned with brand culture and fostering a collaborative team environment
