Job Summary
Retail Assistant role based in the Seasonal and Sundries Department, focusing on providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with Garden Furniture, BBQs and Outdoor Living products during Spring/Summer, and Christmas department focus in Autumn/Winter. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing detailed product information, upselling to maximise sales, maintaining a well-displayed and stocked sales floor, assisting with stock levels and inventory control (including heavy lifting of items like compost and aggregates), and processing customer orders and transactions using computer and till systems.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience desirable.
