Job Summary
Retail Assistant in the Seasonal & Sundries Department at Haskins Garden Centres. Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions across Indoor product ranges, promoting products, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Focus on helping customers with Garden Furniture, BBQs and Outdoor Living during Spring/Summer and Christmas department in Autumn/Winter. Maintain product presentation and stock levels within inventory control; physically engaging work including lifting compost/aggregates. Key duties include assisting customers to find products, detailing features/benefits, upselling, maintaining an organized sales floor, and processing orders and transactions using till systems.
