Job Summary
Process stock, receive, dispatch, and store while maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards. Guide customers through products, ensure they find what they need, and process sales at the till with a focus on safety and genuine service. Uphold high customer service standards to contribute to positive sales performance and foster a collaborative team culture. This role requires lifting, bending, and climbing. Required Qualifications
- Tuesday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm & Saturday 8.00am - 5.30pm (41 Hours)
- Must be confident working in a retail/sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers
- You must be able to lift, bend & climb
- You must be a people person and a passionate customer service expert
- You must have strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
- You must have a team-focused and 'can do' attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally with previous retail and/or customer service experience
- An interest in automotive is a plus
- Full training will be given on the products we sell
