Job Summary
Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales budgets by executing weekly action plans and performing daily stock replenishment. Greet customers proactively, provide product information, and handle cashier duties at the checkout point. Manage inventory by receiving, counting, tagging, and labeling goods while monitoring expiry dates and ensuring first-in-first-out stock rotation. Maintain work areas to safety standards, report price errors and stock discrepancies, and gather customer feedback for operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum SPM
- 1 – 2 years of retail experience
- Positive and with passion in retail industry
- Like interacting with customers and have an eye for details
- Articulate and outgoing
- Result oriented and good team player
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum SPM with 1 – 2 years of retail experience will be an added advantage
