Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations while assisting shoppers with inquiries. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, restock, merchandise, and price products according to company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment by ensuring shelves are fully stocked and professionally displayed. Support store promotions, campaigns, and special events while working collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum MAVO diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work at and travel to all locations
- Has good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Is customer-oriented, helpful, and polite
- Has a friendly and engaging personality
- Is reliable and trustworthy
- Has good listening skills
- Has basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
- Is physically able to stand for extended periods, and lift and carry merchandise
- Can work independently
- Able to work as part of a team
- Is flexible
- Has ample knowledge of offered products & services
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficient in Papiamento, Dutch, Spanish, and English
