Job Summary
Retail Assistant at Muji in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include assisting in achieving daily and monthly sales budgets, executing the weekly sales action plan, providing proactive product information and customer service, greeting customers, receiving and tagging stock, monitoring expiry for health & beauty/food, housekeeping, tagging garment sensors, giving feedback on fast/slow-moving stock, daily stock replenishment, assisting cashier duties, reporting price errors, understanding extended services (home delivery & alteration), delivering service per Muji standards, gathering customer feedback for improvement, ensuring stock is displayed and sold using FIFO, and reporting stock discrepancies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum SPM
- 1-2 years of retail experience (added advantage)
- Positive and passionate about retail
- Eye for detail
- Articulate and outgoing
- Team player
