Job Summary
Supervise store operations in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring "best in class" service and maintaining interior/exterior image standards. Train, develop, and lead team members through daily coaching on roles, culture, and values while assisting with hiring activities. Manage inventory levels, product rotation, and freshness for "fresh all day" offerings, including stocking items and merchandising. Perform cash handling, basic math functions, and guest guidance while acting as a retail ambassador for the brand. Maintain cleanliness across the store, including bathrooms and fuel dispensers, and participate in marketing promotion efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- 2+ years experience in the retail, food service, or hospitality industries
- Must be able to serve guests, communicate, and handle cash transactions effectively
- Must be accountable, reliable, and punctual
- Must have sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards
- Must be able to lift/stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
- Weekend Availability Expected
- Overtime Availability (Optional)
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Prior experience in a C-Store and/or food service environment
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite of products
- Desire for a long-term career in retail services
