Retail Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Supervise all aspects of store operations in the absence of the General Manager and serve as a retail ambassador for the Twice Daily brand. Train, develop, and lead team members while providing daily coaching on roles and culture. Ensure best-in-class service, maintain interior and exterior image standards, and manage inventory levels, freshness, and product rotation. Perform cash collection, make accurate change, and participate in stocking items and marketing promotion efforts. Assist with hiring activities and guide customers on product locations. Reports to work on time, ready for scheduled shifts including day, evening, or overnight rotations. Weekend availability and overtime are expected. Weekly pay and quarterly bonus potential are available.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- 2+ years experience in the retail, food service, or hospitality industries
- Must be able to serve guests, communicate, and handle cash transactions effectively
- Must be accountable, reliable, and punctual
- Must have sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards
- Must be able to lift/stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
- Weekend Availability Expected
- Overtime Availability (Optional)
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Prior experience in a C-Store and/or food service environment
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite of products
- Desire for a long-term career in retail services
