Job Summary
Supervise all aspects of store operations in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring "best in class" service is delivered to guests. Train, develop, and lead team members through daily coaching on roles, culture, and values while acting as a retail ambassador for the Twice Daily brand. Manage inventory levels, product freshness, and rotation standards, maintaining interior and exterior image standards. Assist with hiring activities, participate in recruitment marketing, and perform cash collection and basic math functions. Keep the store clean, orderly, and stocked, guiding customers to product locations. This role supports the GM in leading the team to maximize the guest experience and develops future senior operations leaders. The Assistant Manager assists in maintaining Twice Daily standards across all locations.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- 2+ years experience in the retail, food service, or hospitality industries
- Must be able to serve guests, communicate, and handle cash transactions effectively
- Must be accountable, reliable, and punctual
- Must have sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards
- Must be able to lift/stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
- Weekend Availability Expected
- Overtime Availability (Optional)
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Prior experience in a C-Store and/or food service environment
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite of products
- Desire for a long-term career in retail services
