Job Summary
Supervise all aspects of store operations in the absence of the General Manager and act as a retail ambassador for the Twice Daily brand. Train, develop, and lead team members while providing daily coaching on store culture and values. Ensure best-in-class service is delivered to guests, maintain interior and exterior image standards, and manage inventory levels, freshness, and product rotation. Assist with hiring activities, participate in recruitment marketing, and perform cash collection and basic math functions. Keep the store clean, order, and stocked while guiding customers through product locations. The Assistant Manager role requires 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience, age 18+, and availability for day, evening, or overnight shifts with weekend coverage. Weekly pay, quarterly bonuses, 401K matching, and tuition reimbursement are available. Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- 2+ years experience in the retail, food service, or hospitality industries
- Must be able to serve guests, communicate, and handle cash transactions effectively
- Must be accountable, reliable, and punctual
- Must have sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards
- Must be able to lift/stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
- Weekend Availability Expected
- Overtime Availability (Optional)
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Prior experience in a C-Store and/or food service environment
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite of products
- Desire for a long-term career in retail services
