Job Summary
Supervise all aspects of store operations in the absence of the General Manager and ensure "best in class" service is extended to all guests. Train, develop, and lead team members by providing daily coaching on roles and Twice Daily culture and values. Maintain interior and exterior image standards, ensure required inventory levels and product rotation, and keep the store clean and orderly. Perform basic math functions to collect payments, maintain accurate cash drawers, and assist in hiring activities. Participate in stocking, marketing promotion efforts, and employer branding programs while serving as a retail ambassador for the brand.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- 2+ years experience in the retail, food service, or hospitality industries
- Must be able to serve guests, communicate, and handle cash transactions effectively
- Must be accountable, reliable, and punctual
- Must have sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards
- Must be able to lift/stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
- Weekend Availability Expected
- Overtime Availability (Optional)
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Prior experience in a C-Store and/or food service environment
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite of products
- Desire for a long-term career in retail services
