Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Twice Daily leads store operations in the GM's absence, coaches and trains team members to deliver best-in-class guest service, ensures inventory, merchandising, and cash handling standards are met, participates in hiring and employer branding, and upholds Twice Daily culture and values across all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- 2+ years experience in retail, food service, or hospitality
- ability to serve guests, communicate, and handle cash transactions
- accountable, reliable, and punctual
- able to lift/stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
- shift opportunities including 6 AM - 2 PM, 2 PM - 10 PM, 10 PM - 6 AM
- weekend availability
- OT optional
- supervise operations in GM absence
- train and develop staff
- maintain inventory and merchandising standards
- maintain store image standards
- basic math for payments and cash drawer
- participate in recruitment and employer branding
