Retail Assistant Manager

Lead by example to inspire and coach a team of colleagues in the Birkenhead store to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include developing staff to become destination experts in holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products, guiding and supporting the team to proactively resolve customer questions or complaints, monitoring customer feedback and trends, improving the customer digital journey, recruiting and maintaining engagement, and ensuring flexible coverage across varied shifts including weekends and bank holidays. The role emphasises delivering an engaging in-store experience, mentoring staff, and driving high performance in a busy retail environment.
