Job Summary
Supervise all aspects of store operations in the absence of the General Manager and act as a retail ambassador for the Twice Daily brand. Train, develop, and lead team members by providing daily coaching on store culture and values while ensuring "best in class" service is delivered to guests. Manage inventory levels, product freshness, and rotation standards, maintaining interior and exterior image standards and keeping the store clean. Assist with hiring activities, participate in recruitment marketing, and perform cash collection functions to maintain accurate drawer counts. Stock items and guide customers while providing suggestions based on memorized product locations.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- 2+ years experience in the retail, food service, or hospitality industries
- Must be able to serve guests, communicate, and handle cash transactions effectively
- Must be accountable, reliable, and punctual
- Must have sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards
- Must be able to lift/stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
- Weekend Availability Expected
- Overtime Availability (Optional)
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Prior experience in a C-Store and/or food service environment
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite of products
- Desire for a long-term career in retail services
