Job Summary
Supervise all aspects of store operations in the absence of the General Manager and ensure best-in-class service is delivered to guests. Train, develop, and lead team members through daily coaching on roles, store culture, and core values while acting as a retail ambassador for the brand. Maintain interior and exterior image standards, manage inventory levels and product rotation, and perform cash collection and basic math functions. Assist with hiring activities, participate in employer branding, and guide customers regarding product locations and promotions. Keep the store clean and orderly, including bathrooms and fuel dispensers, while stocking items and supporting marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- 2+ years experience in the retail, food service, or hospitality industries
- Must be able to serve guests, communicate, and handle cash transactions effectively
- Must be accountable, reliable, and punctual
- Must have sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards
- Must be able to lift/stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
- Weekend Availability Expected
- Overtime Availability (Optional)
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Prior experience in a C-Store and/or food service environment
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite of products
- Desire for a long-term career in retail services
