Retail Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Supervise all aspects of store operations in the General Manager's absence and act as the primary retail ambassador for the Twice Daily brand. Lead team members through daily coaching, training, and hiring activities to ensure "best in class" service and maintain interior and exterior image standards. Manage inventory levels, product rotation, and merchandising for fresh all-day products while performing cash transactions and basic math functions. Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and fuel dispensers, and participate in stocking and marketing promotion efforts. Guide customers by memorizing product locations and providing suggestions as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- 2+ years experience in the retail, food service, or hospitality industries
- Must be able to serve guests, communicate, and handle cash transactions effectively
- Must be accountable, reliable, and punctual
- Must have sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards
- Must be able to lift/stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
- Weekend Availability Expected
- Overtime Availability (Optional)
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Prior experience in a C-Store and/or food service environment
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite of products
- Desire for a long-term career in retail services
