Retail Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager leads and coaches store team in the General Manager's absence, ensuring best-in-class guest service, store operations, and brand standards. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, training and developing staff, assisting with hiring, ensuring accurate cash handling, inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store image. The role supports leadership development within the Twice Daily culture, drives customer experience, and acts as a retail ambassador, with shift coverage across day, evening, and overnight periods and weekend availability. Preferred background includes an associate degree in related fields, prior supervisory experience in a C-Store/retail environment, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and bilingual abilities.
