Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in daily store operations to drive sales and deliver excellent customer experience. Coach and develop team members, supervise staff to meet service and operational goals, manage inventory and merchandising, resolve escalated customer concerns, monitor loss prevention and store safety, support scheduling and timekeeping, and act as manager-on-duty when needed. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture and upholding company values while ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail or supervisory experience required; assistant manager experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
