Job Summary
Retail Assistant Manager works with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile's customer-focused goals. Responsibilities include orienting Mobile Experts to a standard of customer care, ensuring customer needs are met, observing interactions and delivering feedback for coaching, managing customer wait times, keeping up to date on products, services and promotions, leading by example with training and leadership best practices, maintaining store environments and planogram compliance, ensuring knowledge of store systems and corporate communications, and delivering financial results while managing expenses and discounts/credits. Also responsible for maintaining visual displays, executing store procedures, and supporting team development to drive performance. Requires at least a High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in retail; applicant must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the United States; travel not required.
