Retail Assistant Manager

Supervise and support retail staff by coaching them on operations, sales techniques, and customer-service standards while overseeing point-of-sale transactions and resolving discrepancies. Manage inventory levels through restocking, ordering, and coordinating deliveries to reduce shrinkage with diligent stock management and loss prevention strategies. Serve as the first point of concern to ensure prompt resolutions and maintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work area. Assist with scheduling and delegating tasks to maintain adequate daily operations while modeling the Scout Oath and Law in all interactions. Perform additional duties assigned by leadership and adhere to staff handbook policies. Work 45-55 hours daily, standing, walking, and hiking up to 8 hours with the ability to lift 40 pounds. Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record and become a registered Scouting America member.
