Job Summary
Ambassador for Cancer Research UK retail trading team; support the shop manager and team to maximise income through people, resources and stock. Lead by example with excellent customer service, merchandised displays, stock management, and maintaining shop standards and layout. Assist in achieving targets for donated stock, cash, gift aid, and sell-through; develop relationships with the local community and colleagues; help organise and deliver fundraising events; ensure health and safety, safeguarding, security, administration and HR policies are followed; deputise for the shop manager when needed. Part-time role (22.5 hours/week) in Streatham with a focus on delivery of commercial goals and community engagement.
Required Qualifications

- Adaptability in changing situations and ability to work independently
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to create relationships and communicate well
- Flexibility to cover rota needs
