Job Summary
Retail Assistant Manager responsible for operational and sales excellence, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth through customer-focused partnerships, coaching and developing associates, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, privacy, and brand standards. Key duties include hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, customer service leadership, sales planning and execution, team development, inventory/merchandising control, and daily team communication. Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail management experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets
- experience in leading, coaching, developing talent, and managing teams with a customer- and sales-focused approach
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
