Job Summary
Lead and develop the store team to deliver a customer-focused experience in line with T-Mobile standards. Responsibilities include coaching Mobile Experts, conducting observations and providing feedback for development and training, managing customer wait times, staying current on products, services, and promotions, and driving store performance through knowledge of store systems, visual displays, and adherence to procedures and KPIs. Strong emphasis on leadership, product knowledge, training, and maintaining store environment in alignment with corporate objectives.
