Job Summary
Support the shop manager to lead a diverse team of paid staff and volunteers in Cancer Research UK’s trading store, focusing on customer service, merchandising, stock management, and achieving fundraising targets and sales goals. Acts as an ambassador for the charity, maintains store standards, helps organise events, and ensures compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, administration, and HR policies. Deputises for the shop manager as needed. This is a permanent, part-time role with 30 hours per week in Haslemere, UK. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and will require a satisfactory basic DBS check.
