Job Summary
Lead and support day-to-day store operations in collaboration with the Retail General Manager. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring retail, donation, and production staff; managing scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing routines; assisting donors and customers on the floor; driving productivity while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance; stepping in as needed in the GM’s absence; and fostering an inclusive, customer-focused team environment. Requires 5+ years in retail or similar roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends/holidays; benefits include health coverage, PTO, parental leave, development opportunities, and an inclusive workplace.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; college a plus
- 5+ years of experience in retail or similar roles
- 2+ years in a supervisory or management position
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills

- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
