Retail Assistant Manager

Support the Store Manager in achieving revenue, expense, and profit objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies and merchandising standards. Supervise, train, and coach team members in production, checkout, and customer service, leading by example to maintain a positive work environment. Assist with daily operations using point-of-sale and donation systems, requiring flexibility to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
