Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Meridian retail location, supervise donation processing, pricing and backroom functions, manage cashiering and banking procedures, train and develop staff, ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance, maintain POS accuracy, enforce policies and safety, coordinate scheduling and payroll-related duties, and support management in achieving store goals while upholding confidentiality and company values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED preferred or at least one year of management experience in retail or related field
- NRF Certification within one year of job acceptance
