Job Summary
Manage overall daily operations of assigned retail outlet(s) and supervise retail staff to ensure company standards are met. Ensure the store is adequately staffed and stocked while working with buyers to maintain optimum product mix and inventory levels. Train and instruct staff in proper performance of job duties, monitor compliance with policies, and handle hiring, coaching, and scheduling. Verify and authorize cash transactions, ensure proper pricing, and respond to customer complaints to increase revenue through sales skills. Must be at least 21 years of age with one year of supervisory experience preferred, able to stand for extended periods, and obtain necessary licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of prior experience in a supervisory position (or higher) in a retail store preferred
