Job Summary
Manage retail, production, and material handling teams to achieve financial goals through proper stock rotation, merchandising, and inventory control. Implement operational plans based on metrics while ensuring continuous product flow and an excellent customer assortment. Lead hiring, training, and performance monitoring for supervisors and associates, fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ensure compliance with policies across finance, asset protection, and safety while resolving employee complaints. Requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience, budget skills, and ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalency
- Retail leadership experience of 3+ years
- 2+ years leading a sales team in a retail or service environment
- Experience leading a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environment
- Must be able to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
- Skilled understanding of budget metrics, P+L; min 1 year
- Must have valid Washington Driver's license and proof of insurance along with good driving record
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job
- Must be able to lift and carry 20-30 pounds
- Ability to operate computer systems
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Able to communicate with others effectively both verbally and written, including those who have limited English skills
- Must maintain reliable attendance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends

- Must be able to lift and carry 20-30 pounds; have developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers; standing for long periods, frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders; able to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain)
