Job Summary
Retail Assistant Manager role at Bob’s Discount Furniture overseeing leadership on the sales floor with strategic back-end operations, logistics, and team development. Drive store performance, enhance customer experience, and execute The Bob’s Way in a full-time, on-site retail showroom. Availability required on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
