Job Summary
Lead the sales floor and back-end operations, driving operational excellence and executing The Bob's Way while managing team development, logistics, and inventory control. Coordinate performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution to support store performance and enhance customer experiences. Balance leadership duties with strategic oversight of cross-functional tasks, including operational planning and merchandising knowledge. Requires 2–5 years of retail or warehouse management experience, proven team leadership skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Full-time on-site role with weekend and holiday availability. Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience
- Proven success in team leadership and operational oversight
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
- Ability to lift, move, or slide merchandise up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk the sales floor regularly
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in retail or warehouse management
- Sales and showroom merchandising knowledge
- Experience leading backend operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with safety and compliance procedures
