Job Summary
Manage daily retail store operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising. Support the Store Manager by scheduling staff, controlling payroll budgets, and ensuring accurate cash drawer reconciliations and merchandise inventory checks. Oversee loss prevention, maintain selling floor standards, and handle hiring needs and progressive discipline procedures. Conduct regular spot checks on inventory and ensure all deposits and paperwork are accurate. Work varied days and hours, occasionally lifting over 25 lbs, while applying strong communication skills and product knowledge to uphold company policies and target market goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- One or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment
- Ability to work varied days/hours
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 lbs.
