Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager by leading daily operations and ensuring a stellar guest experience. Key responsibilities include driving sales through maximizing productivity, training and motivating associates, maintaining store safety and Asset Protection standards, and executing visual and operational procedures. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and at least one year of retail management experience. A passion for O'Neill products is desired.
