Job Summary
Lead and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional 5.11 EDGE customer experience while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support store operations by managing inventory, merchandising, and visuals to maintain high standards throughout the location. Ensure customer focus, compliance, and operational excellence by working side by side with the Store Manager to uphold brand standards. Requires at least two years of supervisory experience with a focus on developing and motivating teams. Pay range is $17.00-$20.00 per hour.
