Job Summary
Drive positive sales growth by planning and implementing sales strategies with the General Manager. Maintain strong inventory controls and ensure the store upholds compliance standards while partnering with internal teams on marketing, retail operations, and supply chain. Coach, train, and develop staff through hiring, onboarding, and product knowledge sessions. Create, monitor, and track store KPIs to leverage data for labor cost decisions and training opportunities. Requires 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment with cannabis experience preferred, plus proficiency in POS systems and backend compliance tools like Dutchie and Metrc. Open availability with no scheduling conflicts required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Open availability with no scheduling conflicts
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50+ pounds
- Must be able to either sit or stand for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- Previous cannabis experience
- Experience with point of sales systems and backend compliance tools, such as Dutchie and Metrc
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to recruit and train staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Analytical with the ability to set and track store KPIs
