Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and practical advice on assistive products and services within the Retail Store and Demonstration Centre. Assist with retail sales, stock management, merchandising, and store presentation while processing transactions and maintaining accurate customer records. Support equipment hire services and booking administration, ensuring a welcoming, informative, and positive experience for customers, whānau, and community organisations. Work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with additional hours as required to cover staff leave or other commitments. This fixed-term part-time role supports disabled people and their whānau to live independently in their communities as part of Enable New Zealand's mission.
Required Qualifications
- NZ Resident or hold a valid NZ work visa
- previous retail or customer service experience
- strong communication skills

- a genuine desire to help others
