Retail Assistant at Primark responsible for delivering an incredible customer experience, answering queries about sizes or styles, purchases or returns; preparing the sales floor, stocking shelves, organizing fitting rooms, and displaying latest trends; ensuring the warehouse is organized and that products are correctly priced; providing fast, friendly and efficient checkout support with handling inquiries, cancellations and returns; receiving, processing and checking new deliveries and moving products to the sales floor while maintaining high standards. Skills sought include passion for customer service, honesty, good communication and listening, organizational ability, teamwork, motivation, positive attitude, willingness to learn, interest in fashion and trends, and ideally prior retail experience; language skills including sign language are valued.
