Job Summary
The Retail Assistant Buyer supports Anakeesta’s retail strategy by developing and executing merchandise assortments across assigned categories (Fashion and Jewelry), including assortment planning, inventory management, vendor relations, trend analysis, and visual merchandising. Responsibilities include supplier negotiation, purchase order management, inventory replenishment, SKU rationalization, trend research, and product development coordination to keep assortments fresh, relevant, and aligned with sales goals and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management (or related field) or proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, e-commerce platforms, logistics, and production planning is preferred
- Proficiency in using software systems such as Eatec for inventory management and purchasing
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
