Job Summary
Conduct premium brand experiences for consumers through exceptional customer service and deep product knowledge. Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees while supporting store operations, including cash register duties, inventory management, and visual display maintenance. Recommend appropriate products to meet sales targets and utilize digital devices to connect online and offline sales channels. Inform customers and teammates about NIKE products and services while continuously improving knowledge via training courses to track sales trends. Work part-time for 8 hours per week on a temporary contract until December 31st, 2026, with flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must have full availability over weekends
- Must be available some weekdays and evenings flexible to work overtime
- Must be able to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques
