Job Summary
Conduct walking inspections of backrooms and sales floors, visually inspect building exteriors and parking lots for hazards, and test camera equipment for effective operation. Investigate internal and external theft, including ORC activity, by reviewing cashier exception reports, theft activity reports, and alarm system printers. Engage in extensive documentation and report writing to ensure incident history is complete for litigation, then testify in criminal or civil court proceedings. Participate in apprehension of those violating the law and assist in prosecution of external theft cases. Report safety hazards to Store Leadership to ensure mitigation.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in security
- At least 1 year of work experience
