Act as a brand ambassador in store by adhering to Hourglass guidelines, building a client-based business, and meeting daily sales goals. Deliver exceptional internal and external client experiences while respecting retailer procedures and brand confidentiality. Foster strong relationships with staff and management to improve store partnerships. Maintain a bias for action to coach clients on high-performance artistry and selling techniques. Requires prior makeup artistry or skincare experience, proven track record of achieving sales goals, and ability to work weekends.
