Job Summary
Retail Artist role at Hourglass Cosmetics within John Lewis Liverpool. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, delivering high levels of client service, presenting and selling merchandise through expert makeup applications, developing a client base with thorough follow-up, partnering with a supervisor to plan seasonal strategies and store events, and acting as a brand ambassador within the cosmetic department and store. Ideal candidate will be a strong makeup artist with sales experience, excellent communication, and a passion for beauty and luxury brand storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail cosmetics management
- Excellent skills as a makeup artist and sales person
- Exhibit effective communication skills with clients, peers and management
- Analysis of sales results, forecasts and promotional planning
- Ability to use a computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment
- Availability to work weekends is required
