Job Summary
Act as a brand ambassador in store by adhering to Hourglass guidelines, building a client-based business, and meeting daily sales goals. Deliver exceptional internal and external client experiences while fostering strong relationships with staff and management to improve retailer partnerships. Respect store procedures, guidelines, and brand confidentiality. Leverage proven makeup artistry skills to coach customers and connect artistry with selling, driving results-oriented performance. This role offers in-depth brand management experience within Unilever's Prestige division, featuring exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to build a counter business.
Required Qualifications
- Prior make-up artistry or skincare experience
- Exceptional make up artistry skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends
