Job Summary
As a Retail Artist, you will be a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador, delivering world-class artistry and an exceptional customer experience. You will work to exceed KPIs and assist customers by providing makeup advice and recreating Charlotte Tilbury looks. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, teamwork skills, and a strong knowledge of beauty products. You must provide references and undergo a Criminal Reference Check due to the airside store location.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early and late shifts
- Ability to exceed KPI’s and goals
- Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues
- Knowledge of Charlotte Tilbury makeup looks
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG
- Experience in applying makeup and adapting style to different customers
Additional Requirements
- Requires a five-year working and personal reference
- Requires a Criminal Reference Check due to the airside location
