Job Summary
Retail Area Manager responsible for driving sales performance and brand execution across multiple waterdrop retail locations in Belgium and Benelux. Lead and develop Store Managers, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and store readiness, implement local marketing initiatives, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize commercial results. Strong emphasis on leadership, customer experience, visual merchandising, and cross-location coordination, with fluency in Dutch, French, and English and willingness to travel within the Benelux region.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-store retail environment
- Strong focus on customer service and brand execution
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing Store Managers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven
- Flexible and adaptable to change in a dynamic retail environment
- Languages: Dutch, French, English
- Based in Belgium with travel across Benelux as required
