Retail Apprentice Travel Advisor role in Stevenage: join the Retail Team as an Apprentice Travel Advisor, supporting customers in selling holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products. You’ll work face-to-face and virtually, aim to exceed targets, and complete a Level 3 Travel Consultant apprenticeship. You’ll receive training on systems, have online learning with a dedicated coach, and contribute to delivering memorable holidays while growing your travel expertise. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting customers, and applying your sales mindset to meet goals within a shop environment; you’ll engage with customers and colleagues to resolve questions or complaints and progress through the apprenticeship program with employer-supported development and career progression.
