Job Summary
Greet customers inside retail partner locations and start friendly conversations to understand their home service needs. Educate homeowners about Berkeys' Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Water Treatment, and Generator services, then schedule free in-home estimates with our Sales Consultants. Build relationships with store associates and leadership while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. No sales closing required; you simply generate qualified appointments for the Sales team. Weekend and holiday availability are required, with flexible scheduling based on store traffic.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend availability required
- Holiday availability as business needs dictate

- Working peak retail shopping hours
- Outgoing and confident communicator
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-8 hours)
- Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and text messaging
Desired Qualifications
